We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

If your country is not available at checkout, we currently do not ship there.

Shipping Rates (VAT included where applicable)

Germany: €4.90 flat rate per order
International (EU / US / CA / UK): €4.90 flat rate per order

Free international shipping on orders over €40 (order value after discounts; duties and taxes excluded).

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 10–14 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is 14–21 business days (processing + transit time).

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, high demand, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or delivery service disruptions.

Tracking

All shipments include tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For deliveries outside Germany, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Refused delivery

  • Failure to collect the parcel

We may reship the order after confirming the correct address. Additional shipping costs may apply.
